EARLY ACCESS · NOVEMBER 4, 2026

A simple start.
Clear expectations.

These terms cover the VisitDial clinic setup workspace and demonstration only. A live calling pilot requires a separate scope, pricing, and service agreement.

Your workspace

Use the workspace only if you are authorized to provide information about the clinic. Keep your sign-in account secure and your business contact information accurate. Enter clinic setup information only; do not enter patient information.

No automatic activation or billing

Creating a workspace and requesting activation are free. Neither action places patient calls, reserves a telephone number, or begins a paid subscription. A pilot starts only after its scope, configuration, and commercial terms are agreed.

Demonstrations and availability

Sample clinics, people, transcripts, and schedules are fictional. They illustrate the intended workflow and are not customer results or guarantees. Early-access features may change or become temporarily unavailable.

Patient care remains with your clinic

VisitDial is an administrative confirmation workflow, not a medical advice or emergency service. Clinical decisions, changes to care, and appointment rescheduling stay with authorized clinic staff.

Before a live pilot

The parties must confirm the contracting entity, contact permissions, data-handling requirements, provider agreements, access controls, retention, service scope, and pricing. These early-access terms do not replace that review.
